Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from Madonna University, specializing in Children, Youth, and Families. She has over a decade of experience supporting youth and families in diverse settings, including residential care, home visiting, group therapy, and schools.
Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based and relationship-focused, blending CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, and creative techniques like art and play-based emotional exploration. She is passionate about helping children and families grow together and brings deep knowledge of the special education system, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and emotional regulation challenges.
Michelle is also a registered yoga teacher and former district Crisis Prevention Intervention trainer. She values authentic connections and believes healing happens in safe, expressive spaces. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys trail walks, mindfulness, and being a proud mom of two.
