Magda Salisbury, M.Ed.

Therapist

Magda (Maggie) Salisbury is deeply committed to making a difference in people’s lives. She is an LPC-MHSP (TEMP) and an EMDR therapist who is passionate about helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, and complex trauma. Maggie also works with pre-teens, teens, and families navigating depression, social anxiety, self-harm, ADHD, OCD, or trauma.

Her therapeutic approach combines evidence-based practices with creativity and compassion. She is trained in EMDR, attachment- and somatic-based interventions, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. When working with children and teens, Maggie often incorporates art and play therapy to help them express emotions, build resilience, and rediscover joy.

Fluent in multiple languages, Maggie values a culturally sensitive approach that honors each person’s story. For those who wish to include faith in their healing journey, she is trained to integrate spiritual elements into therapy. Above all, Maggie strives to walk alongside her clients with warmth, creativity, and authenticity—helping them heal and step into the whole, confident versions of who they were destined to be.
