Maddy is a mental health therapist who believes deeply in the power of connection—both within ourselves and with the world around us. In her practice, she draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients find balance, clarity, and self-compassion. Maddy’s approach is person-centered and direct, offering a supportive yet honest space to explore creating the life you want.
Maddy sees therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to uncover your strengths, build emotional resilience, and create lasting change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, mental health diagnosis related challenges, relationship struggles, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, she aims to help you feel seen, empowered, and capable of growth.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll most often find Maddy outdoors—riding horses, hiking, or spending time with her pets. Nature keeps her grounded and reminds Maddy of the same truth she tries to bring into my work: healing often happens in connection—with ourselves, others, and the world around us. Maddy looks forward to meeting you and learning your story!
