As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri, I have provided support and guidance for over ten years to diverse populations in clinical, community, and school based settings. One area of specialty is grief – loss of individual as well as abilities, jobs, relationships, and moves. I also focus on life transitions, career challenges and workplace conflicts, interpersonal relationships including parenting and caregiving, as well as concerns that reduce one’s quality of daily life.
I use an integrative approach to therapy pulling from multiple modalities to provide a high level of support, guidance and psychoeducation as we work collaboratively to put in place strategies that work.
