Elinda Magnuson, Licensed Professional Counselor

Therapist / Manager of Payer Relations

Elinda is a warm, collaborative therapist who creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore life’s challenges. She works with adults navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, identity exploration, chronic illness, addiction recovery (including supporting loved ones), caregiving stress, and burnout. Elinda meets each client with care, curiosity, and deep respect for their lived experience.

Grounded in an existential and client-centered approach, Elinda helps clients explore meaning, identity, and purpose. Her style is conversational and empowering, blending reflection with practical tools and skill-building. She incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to challenge unhelpful patterns and build resilience, insight, and alignment with personal values.

Elinda believes therapy is a true partnership—where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward healing and growth. She honors the courage it takes to begin therapy and encourages clients to come as they are. Clients often describe her as steady, thoughtful, and genuine, with an ability to hold space for both emotion and insight.

She holds a master’s degree in counseling and is committed to inclusive, ongoing professional development. Elinda creates a safe environment for individuals of all backgrounds and identities, recognizing the complex, layered nature of healing.

Outside the therapy room, Elinda enjoys nature, cooking, reading, and time with loved ones. She brings this same grounded, curious presence into her clinical work—helping clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and compassion.
