I conducted my educational background in counseling at Ball State through their dual focus MA program in Social Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in working with victims of trauma, trafficking, and social injustice. I utilize theoretical orientations including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness work, Somatic processing and meditation, and base all of my work alongside a person-centered orientation. I have worked with a diverse background of clients including a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds as well as individuals identifying throughout the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, and utilize a social justice focus in all of my work. I love to integrate practices to fit clients, and often find myself working best while integrating processing, psychoeducation, and emotional regulation and meditation together.
