It is a pleasure and privilege to be invited into someone’s life journey. I am very passionate and dedicated in honoring one’s personal story. Whether you are facing a challenging and stressful time, facing a traumatic experience, an unexpected change, managing stress and anxiety, or need to make change, we can work together to make life’s transitions smoother and more rewarding. I have worked in mental health for 15 years, hold a doctorate in Education Leadership and Management, and a second Masters in Special Education. My approach is grounded in trauma informed care, using evidence based and strengths-based practices, while utilizing your inherent skills and strengths to manage increased anxiety and stress while fostering progress and resiliency. My practice supports trauma, anxiety, stress management, adolescent life transitions and struggles, school and sports management and struggles, parent-adolescent relationships, finding balance through life transitions, depression, behavior management, attachment based family therapy, and managing life changes and unforeseen challenges.
