Kennedy is passionate about helping couples build real, lasting connection, whether they’re dating, preparing for marriage, already married, or navigating difficult seasons like separation or divorce. She also has a deep heart for women’s care, particularly during significant life transitions such as pregnancy, young adulthood, singleness, and the shift into empty nesting.
In her therapeutic work, Kennedy draws from modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and integrates elements of the Gottman Method when appropriate. Her warm, grounded presence helps clients feel comfortable exploring the uncomfortable, whether that involves conversations around sex, infertility, or other often-overlooked challenges. Kennedy studied at Belmont University and Capella University, and after over 20 years in the area, proudly calls Nashville home.
Outside the therapy room, she enjoys time with her family, playing drums, getting lost in music, and staying rooted in her spiritual practice. She considers it a true honor to walk alongside individuals and couples as they grow through the meaningful and often difficult transitions life brings.
